Returns and Refunds

 

YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED TO MAINLAND FRANCE:

To exercise his right of withdrawal, the buyer can send “Petit Poirier” a letter on plain paper mentioning his name, contact details, order number and the product(s) concerned by the return. He must specify if it is a return for reimbursement or if an exchange is desired. In the latter case, it is necessary to specify the article and the size desired in exchange. The buyer can also download the return form then print it, fill it out and send it to “Petit Poirier”.

The return costs are at the customers’ expense and are made only by Colissimo (including shipments by Mondial Relay).
The company “Petit Poirier” recommends that the Customer returns his products using the carrier Colissimo with additional insurance covering the market value of the products, guaranteeing him compensation for the products in the event of theft or loss of this merchandise. In all cases, the return is made at the Customer’s risk. In addition, it will be the customer’s responsibility to keep any proof of return. In addition, the company “Petit Poirier” reminds the Customer that no refund can take place before having received and checked the conformity of the state of the item(s) concerned by this request (see the conditions set out below). Please attach your Delivery Note to your package, on which you have checked the items you are returning to us, then send your package to us by post, as soon as possible to the following address:

We advise you to keep the proof of shipment in the event of a claim. If it is a delivery error on our part or the receipt of a defective item, please contact customer service by email at bonjour@petit-poirier.com specifying your order number.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

You have 14 days from receiving the order to return your order. Our Customer Service would like to remind you that all products must be returned in their original state(with labels and packaging). All products that are damaged or incomplete will not be subject to a refund.

HOW TO GET A REFUND?

The company “Petit Poirier” will reimburse the customer no later than 14 days from the date on which it is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw. Nevertheless, the “Petit Poirier” company may defer reimbursement until the products are received and controlled. When an order is placed with a promo voucher, the value of the voucher will be deducted from the amount of the credit or the refund in proportion to the number of items ordered.

In addition, the company “Petit Poirier” reminds the Customer that no refund can take place before having previously received and checked the conformity of the state of the item(s) concerned by this request (see the conditions set out below).

IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE AN ARTICLE FROM AN ORDER ON PETIT-POIRIER.COM ?

We do not have the possibility to make any exchanges at the moment. If you which to make an exchange, you must at first return the articles you wish to exchange and then place a new order.
